CGI Flyovers of North and South American terrains using actual geological data for National Geographic Channel. Recreated displaced terrains based of relief map tiles and satellite color information and seamlessly stitched together along camera path using Maya. Final rendering in Vue and compositing atmospheres/color correction in After Effects. Meticulously reproduced terrain details on simple grid planes and further enchanced with height based vue materials.
